Basic Squat Tips For Beginners

Exercise is the key to remain Fit.


  • While doing Squat Pretend yourself as you sit on the chair .
  • Put your weight on your heels 
  • Keep your chest wider 
  • Keep lifted your chest and imagine yourself as you are on chair.
  • Keep Lower down so your thighs are as parallel to the floor as possible you do easily , keeping your knees over your ankles
  • Do two to three sets of squats Daily.
